Returns & Refunds

We offer a return service if you have changed your mind about your purchase.

The consumer is granted the right to withdraw from the contract concluded pursuant to these general conditions of sale, without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from delivery of the product or, in the case of purchase of multiple products delivered separately with a single order, since the last product was delivered.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, simply send info@eternonapoli.com with the reasons why you want the return or refund, you will receive an email containing the next steps.

IMPORTANT:

All shipping costs are non-refundable, only the value of the products will be refunded. The product to be returned must be shipped within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the positive outcome of the return request.

To proceed with the reimbursement of the amount, the following conditions must be met:

• The products must not have been used or damaged;

• The products must be complete with the original equipment (box, protections, coupons, etc.);

• The returned products must be in a condition that they can be put back on sale;

• The return must have been authorized and must have been sent within the times indicated above;

• The return must reach our office no later than 45 days from the date of receipt of the product (returns received after a longer delay, even if shipped within the times indicated, will not be accepted);

The costs for shipping the product to be returned are borne by the buyer, who can choose the shipping method he prefers as long as the package is carefully packaged. We do not assume responsibility for any delays or losses by the courier/service chosen to return it to us. the product.

Once the package has arrived at the office, it will be our responsibility to verify that all the above conditions have been respected, in the event of a positive outcome we will proceed with issuing a refund equal to the original amount of the order or of the returned item (in the case of multiple orders) net.

If all the conditions listed above are not met, no refund can be issued. The customer, not before notifying us, will have 15 working days to collect the package at his own expense and under his own responsibility.

The entire procedure will be completed within 5 working days.

The reimbursement methods are as follows:​

• If you have chosen to pay by credit card, the refund will be made using the same payment method, the crediting times depend on your banking institution (up to 10 days)

There are no refund methods other than those listed.

If the packaging or wrapping of the ordered products reaches the destination clearly damaged, the buyer is invited to refuse delivery by the carrier/shipper or to accept delivery "with reservation".

If anomalies or manufacturing defects are found on the product, the customer must send a communication to the email address info@eternonapoli.com  within and no later than 24 hours from the date of receipt of the item, reporting the problem and possibly documenting it with images/videos. If the communication is made subsequently it will not be possible to certify the actual use of the product and consequently it will not be possible to proceed with a free replacement or refund.
